Designed by internationally acclaimed designer Shin Azumi whose client list includes lapalma, Magis, Desalto, Fredericia, Tefal, Authentics, with works acquired by design museums such as Victoria & Albert Museum (UK), Stedelijk Museum (Holland).
 
Made with traditional Aluminum casting technique originated from Takaoka, Toyama, the Edge is designed as a Brutalist metal sculpture with minimalistic design expression and time-telling functionality. A power and sharp impression is made from the cast Aluminum allowing this timepiece to perform well both as a statement clock on the wall or as art blending in with other designs in the space.
 
Release in 2001, the Edge L has enjoyed stable popularity and has been featured by Japan's JIDA design museum selection vol. 17, and became highly valued design. 15 years after the release, Lemnos added the luxurious black color with polished chrome dials.  An exceptional timepiece of design and craftsmanship.
