Winner of the Good Design Award (2020) and Design of Asia Award (2020), the CARVED Cuckoo a large Cuckoo Clock from the Lemnos CARVED series.  Made with a very special mineral-based artificial wood, the CARVED Cuckoo has a pure, pastel matte white surface which requires special attention when using it for the first time.  We recommend wearing clean gloves to handle the CARVED Cuckoo Clock.
 
Designed by architect Naoki Terada, the CARVED Cuckoo has an extra-large circular clock body with a thin paper-like cuckoo bird nested in the number 12.  Every 60 minutes, the pink Cuckoo bird will chirp on the hour.  We are unaware that this is actually a cuckoo clock except when it strikes the hour.  Built-in light sensor ensures the cuckoo bird stays quiet in her nest when it is dark.  
 
The mineral-based artificial wood is a special type of material which requires additional time to manufacture.  Please allow additional 2 weeks for processing before shipment.
